Counseling Pedagogy during Covid-19 Pandemic: A Study of Communication Accommodation Theory

Pendidikan atau dalam hal ini adalah pedagogi turut menghadapi kendala saat pandemi Covid-19 terjadi, dampak terbesar dari dirasakan oleh baik siswa-siswi juga para pengajar guru-guru di sekolah. Pedagogi mengalami kondisi tidak biasa dan perlu beradaptasi dengan situasi pandemi, sehingga salah satu cara menyusun program pembelajaran daring (online) guru tetap bisa melangsungkan melanda. Persoalan utama penelitian melihat bagaimana teori akomodasi komunikasi (Communication Accommodation Theory) diterapkan interaksi antara bimbingan konseling SMA Petra 1 Surabaya. Tujuan menyuguhkan tengah perubahan model daring. Metode yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif, mana pengumpulan datanya menggunakan studi dokumen wawancara mendalam ke beberapa informan agar menemukan kesahihan triangulasi sumber data. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Communication Theory muncul tindakan-tindakan akomodasi, ketidakakomodasian, simetris Surabaya mereka. Adaptasi mendasar adaptasi teknologi pembelajaran, kemudian berlanjut pada belajar baru. Konseling diadakan melalui aplikasi Zoom layanan chat, materi disampaikan secara ringkas bosan fokus pedagogi. Kendala terhindarkan jaringan Internet buruk, perbedaan persepsi BK siswa-siswi, bila ada penurunan konsentrasi luring berlangsung. Untuk menjaga mengurangi diperlukan kedua belah pihak.
